What you'll do

• Coordinate with commercial and consumer lenders and loan coordinators to support accurate, timely closings
• review pre-closing due diligence for completeness and accuracy
• prepare legal loan documents using LaserPro
• review executed documents and follow up on missing items
• record or file documents to perfect the bank’s security interest
• maintain physical and electronic loan files
• obtain outstanding documents
• monitor reports and prepare UCC continuations
• provide customer and collateral information to Loan Administration
• address documentation questions and report exceptions.
