Evening Controls Technician - Production Maintenance

The Evening Controls Technician is an onsite role based in Kansas City, MO, with a starting pay of $27/hr plus a $2 shift differential. This position supports the maintenance department at Marvin, a family-owned window and door manufacturer committed to better living. This role exists to ensure production reliability by troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled equipment. The technician will perform preventative maintenance, document repairs, and collaborate with technical staff to optimize machine performance.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC problems
• perform preventative maintenance
• document repairs in EAM system
• maintain program backups
• assist with machine improvements
• use digital multimeters
• set up variable frequency drives
• perform motor troubleshooting.
