The Hardware Product Lead, Home Energy Products role is onsite in Littleton, CO. Pay is $130,000–$170,000 per year, plus stock options. Emporia Energy develops home energy management and EV charging products intended to help homeowners reduce energy costs and carbon impact. The lead owns product decisions and outcomes across the mature EV charger, Vue Energy Monitor, and Smart Plug portfolio, maintaining quality, competitiveness, profitability, and supply continuity while guiding revisions, launches, and end-of-life decisions.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap and prioritization across EVSE, Vue, and Smart Plug
• manage competitive positioning and pricing
• build business cases
• use support, telemetry, reviews, and RMA data to prioritize improvements
• own sustaining roadmaps and field-quality decisions
• drive root-cause work with Engineering, Quality, and Customer Support
• lead cost-down, sourcing, and compliance continuity
• guide revisions and new SKUs through product lifecycle gates
• own launch readiness and end-of-life transitions
• promote AI-enabled workflows and adoption.
