What you'll do

• Design, implement, and assess a church-wide discipleship pathway
• supervise, coach, and evaluate Children’s Ministry and Youth Ministry staff
• oversee small groups and support their leaders
• develop discipleship classes and formation environments
• train and mentor leaders and volunteers
• establish metrics and report on participation, progression, and outcomes
• collaborate with pastoral staff and ministry leaders.
