What you'll do

• Prospect and close preventive and predictive maintenance agreements
• assess facilities and identify maintenance, system, energy, and capital-planning needs
• manage the sales pipeline and full sales cycle through contract handoff
• build client relationships
• present maintenance programs and develop repair, replacement, upgrade, retrofit, sustainability, and tenant-improvement opportunities
• coordinate scopes and pricing with service, project, and estimating teams
• support account retention, renewals, onboarding, reporting, and market intelligence.
