• machine pre-production items and prototypes and follow controls to validate initial production items
• identify opportunities to reduce waste and production time
• detect machining faults and seek corrective actions
• maintain product and process traceability and report work
• perform first-level equipment maintenance
• provide technical support and tutor new employees.
