What you'll do

• Develop long-term capital expenditure plans and annual budgets
• assess residential property conditions
• manage renovation and construction projects through their lifecycle
• coordinate with maintenance managers, engineers, architects, and contractors
• oversee job sites, inspections, and OSHA compliance
• administer RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• resolve field issues
• secure permits and approvals
• track timelines, budgets, and performance.

Why this role
