What you'll do

• Greet prospects, residents, and vendors

• answer property calls and record details
• prepare apartments for tours and move-ins
• inspect buildings, amenities, and vacant apartments
• explain available apartments and pricing
• assist with community events and social media marketing
• organize the package room
• maintain community communications and vendor relationships.
