What you'll do

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams
• oversee architecture, development, testing, deployment, and operations
• translate customer requirements into secure, scalable solutions
• identify and mitigate technical risks
• guide integration of APIs, automation, and cloud-native architectures
• align solutions with cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and federal compliance requirements
• engage with government customers and stakeholders
• support demonstrations, proposals, capture activities, and transition planning.
