Apartment Service Manager

The Apartment Service Manager role is onsite in Birmingham, AL. Compensation is $30–$31 per hour. What you'll do

• Diagnose and perform or oversee repairs and preventative maintenance
• complete resident service requests
• inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas
• coordinate unit turnovers, vendors, and contractors
• manage parts, supplies, records, budgets, and required inspections
• and provide professional resident service. Emergency after-hours response is required as needed.
