What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact for VIP guests and manage preferences and requests
• coordinate VIP events, experiences, itineraries, reservations, and pre-arrival details
• collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, and Concierge
• maintain guest profiles, logs, and service notes
• coordinate entertainment, dining, and transportation with vendors
• respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email
• support the VIP Manager and departmental service initiatives.
