What you'll do

• Lead facilities engineering, maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure
• develop operating plans, budgets, staffing strategies, and reliability initiatives
• partner with site functions
• maintain uptime of critical building systems and manufacturing utilities
• lead recovery from major disruptions
• oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, asset management, and root-cause problem solving
• develop and execute a multi-year capital roadmap
• manage facility projects and contractors
• support compliance and audit readiness
• and lead and develop technical teams.
