What you'll do

• Determine material, labor, and overhead costs
• estimate costs using RFP data
• analyze specifications and historical data
• develop compliant cost-volume narratives and detailed bases of estimate
• align technical, management, and cost volumes
• collect cost data from representatives, subcontractors, and vendors
• create cost models and reports
• present findings
• facilitate pricing reviews
• maintain knowledge of FAR, CAS, and contract types
• support price-to-win, competitive assessments, fee strategy, and profitability analyses
• support operational strategies and contractual deliverables.
