The Part-Time Registered Dietitian is an onsite role based in Caledonia, MO, supporting the healthcare team at Farmington Presbyterian Manor. This role exists to identify and assess the nutritional needs of assigned residents, initiate interventions to maintain or improve their nutritional status, and enhance their overall quality of life. The dietitian collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop resident-centered care plans and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Provide nutrition assessments for admissions, quarterly and annual reviews, tube feedings, and significant weight changes.
• Create and update care plans for nursing staff.
• Complete MDS Section K and CAAs.
• Conduct nutrition-focused physical exams.
• Participate in care conferences and clinical meetings.
• Perform monthly kitchen inspections and meal service audits.
