The Produce Inside Sales Order Taker role is onsite in Spokane, Washington. Compensation starts at $23 per hour, depending on experience. Spokane Produce supplies fresh produce and related products to grocery, restaurant, wholesale, and government customers in the Northwest.

What you'll do

• Take incoming customer calls and accurately enter produce, deli, and floral orders within delivery-route time frames.
• Build customer relationships, manage accounts and sales, balance quantities sold against warehouse supply, coordinate with sales, warehouse, and drivers, and promote seasonal products through cross-selling and promotions.
• Handle light collections when applicable, resolve customer complaints, and maintain awareness of the competitive marketplace.
