What you'll do

• Oversee branch operations, including project planning, execution, and quality control for concrete restoration projects
• ensure projects meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards
• develop customer-base and revenue growth strategies
• identify business opportunities, prepare bids and proposals, and negotiate contracts
• lead, mentor, and train staff
• monitor financial performance
• maintain client relationships and project, financial, and client records
• report branch performance to senior management
• understand owner contracts, front ends, drawings, and specifications.
