What you'll do

• Monitor pool activities, enforce rules, respond to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid and CPR/AED when needed.
• Conduct safety checks, report hazards or maintenance needs, support swim instructors with water-safety education, keep the pool area clean and organized, participate in training and safety drills, and assist with special events and swim programs as needed.
• Set shifts include evenings and weekends.
