Training and Engagement Coordinator

The Training and Engagement Coordinator role is onsite in Asheville, NC. Compensation is $36,000–$42,000 per year. The coordinator supports Tupelo Honey Cafe's Training Department and Hive team. The role keeps training materials, systems, and records organized and current so department leaders can carry out training plans. It also supports restaurant rollouts, internal communications, and projects across Hive departments.

What you'll do

• Assist with training materials and curriculum, menu rollout materials, and operational tools such as checklists and SOPs. Update training documents and source files
• print, prepare, and package materials
• maintain the Schoox learning management system
• track training completion and certifications
• flag expirations and follow up on missing items
• and support internal communications, engagement, and other Hive department projects.

Why this role
