Human Resources Coordinator — Mine Site, 14/14 Rotation

What you'll do

• Coordinate job postings, applicant screening, and interviews
• prepare offer letters and facilitate onboarding and orientation
• assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries
• coordinate and track training
• maintain employee records and HRIS data
• respond to employee questions and escalate as appropriate
• track attendance and coordinate timekeeping and payroll data
• provide documentation support for investigations or disciplinary processes
• apply HR policies and requirements
• perform other duties as assigned.
