What you'll do

• Support the Sales Management team with sales contracts, group bookings, host arrivals, follow-up communications, and other sales activities
• assist with sales and marketing strategies for identified niche markets
• respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls and send emails to prospective customers
• represent the company at community and promotional events
• provide customer service
• work onsite in the office
• perform other assigned duties and special projects.
