• Oversee workforce reporting

• build and manage SuccessFactors reports
• conduct ad hoc analysis and recommend actions
• present insights to leadership and stakeholders
• collaborate across functions to improve data accuracy, process design, tools, and access
• and help build and maintain data models and dashboards.
