The Registered Nurse (RN) – Evening Shift role is onsite in York, PA, with a schedule of 2:45 p.m.–11:15 p.m. plus every other holiday and weekends as scheduled. Pay is $40–$45 per hour. Rest Haven-York’s nursing service supports resident care and the organization’s mission. This nurse oversees nursing operations during the shift, assesses resident care, supports and supervises nursing staff, and helps ensure care plans and regulatory standards are followed. The role also contributes to quality improvement and may make decisions for other departments when serving as the sole RN in the building.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise nursing staff
• assess resident care through rounds, chart reviews, and inspections
• implement resident care plans
• ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
• support QAPI activities
• communicate with residents, staff, physicians, and guests
• manage or make decisions concerning other departments when the sole RN in the building.
