The Head of IT Architecture and Digital Transformation role is onsite in Romulus, MI, supporting a client with facilities in Michigan and India. What you'll do

• Own NetSuite ERP configuration, workflow automation, and data integrity
• oversee integration with manufacturing execution, CAD, and PLM systems
• serve as Tier 3 escalation for network, server, cloud, and infrastructure failures
• implement CMMC 2.0 Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 controls
• maintain ITAR data segregation
• author the System Security Plan and support audits
• develop the global IT master plan
• manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and vendors
• hire, mentor, and set performance metrics for the global IT team
• deploy an SQDIP dashboard to track uptime.
