What you'll do

• Provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, feeding assistance as needed, medication reminders, and appointment accompaniment

Why this role

High school diploma or GED, valid ID, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client homes required. Home Health Aide or CNA certification and prior DSW or PCA experience are preferred. Client visits may involve shifts of 4–12 hours and lifting or repositioning clients up to 50 pounds.
