Job overview
The NPI Test Technician II performs testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies, subassemblies, and equipment in support of new product introduction and manufacturing activities. This role executes established test procedures to verify product performance, quality, and functionality while meeting production schedules and performance standards. What you'll do
- Performs production assembly operations on electronic components.
- Uses test procedures, drawings, and schematics to troubleshoot units.
- Performs set-up, calibration, and testing of circuits and mechanical assemblies.
- Documents test results accurately.
- Maintains fixturing and performs preventive maintenance.
- May assist with training other employees and act as a technical interface with other departments.
