The Caregiver / Personal Care Aide role is onsite in Salida, CO, and pays $17 per hour. Compensation is stated as an hourly rate. PeopleCare Health Services provides non-medical home care intended to support clients’ dignity, independence, comfort, mobility, appearance, and safety. The role exists to deliver care according to each client’s care plan and help clients remain safe and supported at home. The caregiver assists with daily living and household tasks, documents care, protects confidential information, and communicates client needs to office staff and family members.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• perform homemaking and personal care in clients’ homes
• help maintain a clean and safe environment
• protect client confidentiality
• complete documentation accurately and on time
• attend applicable training
• follow agency policies
• communicate client needs and help coordinate care with family members.
