What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders and receipts, prepare payment runs, maintain vendor records, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile statements
• invoice customers, apply payments, monitor aging and collections, and resolve billing issues
• record transactions, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, assist with close, audits, and tax preparation
• record foreign currency transactions and support international accounting
• use Acumatica ERP and maintain data integrity.
