Motor Production Associate

Job overview

The Motor Production Associate role is onsite in Washington, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and overtime opportunities as needed. Compensation is not specified. The role supports RPM Industries’ production of engine pre-lubrication, fleet preventive maintenance, and fluid evacuation technologies for heavy-duty diesel applications. The associate primarily assembles and tests motors and pumps, helping meet production goals and quality standards. Depending on business needs, the role may also support other production areas and cross-train in additional operations.

What you'll do

• Work in the assigned department and learn other areas
• collaborate with production team members to meet daily goals
• assemble electric motors and pumps to quality standards and work instructions
• test and troubleshoot motors and pumps
• use hand and power tools
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• follow company safety policies
• cross-train as needed. May assist with light electrical assembly, kitting, hose assembly, and shipping and receiving.
