What you'll do

• Operate the sauté station during service
• prepare and cook dishes to recipes and quality standards
• maintain consistency, precision, flavor, and presentation
• complete mise en place and keep the station clean and organized
• coordinate with the chef, owners, and kitchen team
• manage timing during high-volume service
• follow food-handling, hygiene, and safety procedures
• monitor station ingredients and supplies
• contribute ideas for new dishes.
