What you'll do

• Retrieve distribution, loan, and transfer forms
• review plan data and determine withdrawal eligibility
• process withdrawal types accurately
• communicate with internal departments
• maintain distribution logs and CRM notes
• compile distribution reports
• create participant loans
• assess hardship withdrawal requests
• generate required minimum distribution reports
• update participant addresses
• participate in training and system-upgrade testing.
