What you'll do

• Prepare and restock station ingredients
• monitor inventory and notify the manager when supplies run low. Label, date, and rotate items using FIFO. Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, ice cream, lemonades, and desserts according to recipes and measurements, following dietary restrictions and modifications. Sanitize and clean assigned equipment and storage areas, and coordinate with the breakfast station, kitchen, and front-of-house team.
