What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
• assist with weekly menu planning
• follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• address residents’ meal preferences and dietary concerns
• monitor food inventory and order supplies
• maintain kitchen equipment
• collaborate with kitchen and dietary aides
• and complete food-temperature logs and cleaning schedules.
