What you'll do

• Formulate rehabilitation plans in accordance with treatment plans
• approve and coordinate admissions
• provide supervision, leadership, and program direction to staff
• maintain adequate personnel
• ensure program compliance
• attend and coordinate weekly onsite treatment-team meetings
• provide staff training on mental health diagnosis and treatment
• complete diagnostic assessments
• provide clinical direction to treatment-team members and external stakeholders.
