The Project Manager, Mission Critical works onsite in Denver, CO. The salary range is $110,000–$150,000+ per year. This role leads technical mission-critical projects from proposal development through execution, serving as the primary client contact. It coordinates multidisciplinary design teams, project controls, schedules, deliverables, documentation, and quality plans to support successful project delivery.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary client contact through design and construction
• coordinate communication across project disciplines
• manage multidisciplinary design teams, subconsultants, and strategic partners
• establish project controls
• organize project documentation
• maintain continuity through RFP, design, bidding, permitting, and construction
• develop schedules and deliverables with clients
• set internal milestones
• review work plans and coordination needs
• lead progress and review meetings
• develop project-specific QA/QC plans
• resolve and document issues
• proactively solve problems.
