DTK Stone Works fabricates and installs custom stone for residential, multi-unit residential, and commercial projects across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana. The role turns project plans and client requirements into accurate, buildable quotes while maintaining the client relationship through signing and a complete handoff. Working with the Principal Estimator, the position supports timely bids, clear scope documentation, and smooth coordination with the project team.

What you'll do

• Read architectural plans and complete takeoffs
• build quotes in ActionFlow
• follow up on submitted quotes and log activity in Pipedrive
• respond to client questions
• help clients select materials, finishes, and edges
• reprice and document change orders
• complete signed-job handoffs with drawings, specifications, and material details
• and maintain accurate pipeline records.
