Guest Port Services Agent

Job overview

The Guest Port Services Agent works onsite at cruise terminals in Mobile, AL, and New Orleans, LA. Pay is $14.75–$17 per hour. The role helps cruise guests move through boarding and return-day processes with Gulf Coast hospitality.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and answer questions
• check cruise documents and photo identification
• check guests in using a computer system
• direct guests through check-in, security, customs, and luggage areas
• assist with lost luggage forms
• welcome VIP guests and sign in visitors
• and set up and tidy the work area. Wheelchair assistance may be among the functions.
