• Manage, train, and mentor the Consumer and Business Banking and Commercial Construction Management teams
• monitor and audit work
• drive process efficiencies
• ensure budget reviews and Cost Breakdown Summaries are completed
• resolve loan draw accuracy issues
• assist with processing
• maintain third-party inspectors
• perform on-site inspections as needed.
