Housing Management Officer

Job overview

The Housing Management Officer role is based in the Pierre, SD office and includes extensive statewide travel. The minimum starting pay is $28.54 per hour; the starting wage is negotiable. What you'll do

• Evaluate and monitor multifamily properties for compliance with federal housing program contracts, laws, and regulations
• conduct management and occupancy reviews
• audit program documentation at sites throughout South Dakota and in the Pierre office
• respond to customer inquiries and complaints and help resolve problems
• travel extensively statewide.
