Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Days

Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborates with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise. May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks.
