By overseeing close, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements, the Senior Accountant helps clients strengthen financial operations and supports junior accounting professionals.

What you'll do

• Manage accounting engagements for small to mid-sized healthcare clients
• oversee month-end close, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting
• prepare and review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements
• oversee accounts payable, invoicing, receivables, and collections
• analyze variances
• support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, grant accounting when applicable, and complex 1099 reporting
• advise clients and mentor junior staff.
