The Ready Mix Driver is an onsite role based in Tacoma, WA. Compensation is $40.84 per hour, supporting the RMC department at Corliss Resources LLC. This role exists to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to customer sites. The driver is responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation while providing excellent customer service.

What you'll do

• Operate a mixer truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer sites.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant staff, and customers to support smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all operational guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
