What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve guest concerns
• assist with recruiting, training, inventory, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
