What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portions, and presentation guidelines
• set up and stock stations
• maintain proper food temperatures and food safety
• clean and organize kitchen areas
• receive and store deliveries
• follow sanitation, labeling, and FIFO procedures
• prepare sauces and dishes for breakfast and dinner
• help set up restaurant and employee cafeteria buffets
• prepare featured items under the Executive Chef
• assist with prep, cleaning, and banquet preparation
• open or close the kitchen in the absence of supervisors.
