What you'll do

• Own and execute design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• lead, mentor, and develop product designers
• set design vision and strategy for mobile and web applications
• review team design work for quality and consistency
• establish design standards and systems
• partner with product, engineering, and operations leaders
• manage workload, priorities, and delivery timelines
• translate product goals into user experiences across the product life cycle.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least seven years of UX/product design experience including mobile design, and at least two years managing or mentoring designers. Figma proficiency and experience across user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, and usability testing are required.
