What you'll do
- Maintain staff credentialing files in compliance with applicable standards
- maintain personnel directories for Pennsylvania and Delaware locations
- track driver’s licenses, physicals, and training
- prepare monthly compliance and KPI reports
- conduct monthly sanction screening
- provide documentation during administrative reviews
- audit credentialing records annually
- coordinate reminders and updates with HR, training, and talent acquisition.
