What you'll do

• Scrub, strip, and wax floors
• shampoo carpets
• wash windows
• power wash sidewalks, parking lots, and building exteriors
• operate and maintain scrubbers, carpet extractors, swing machines, and burnishers
• track drop-offs and pick-ups
• follow safety procedures for chemicals and equipment
• report maintenance issues
• interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
