What you'll do

• Operate and set up production machinery under guidance
• load materials, adjust settings, and assist with changeovers
• monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments
• inspect products and document defects
• label, package, and store products
• assist with material handling and inventory
• clean and perform routine equipment maintenance
• report equipment issues
• follow safety procedures and use required PPE
• record production data and complete quality checklists
• collaborate with operators, maintenance staff, and supervisors.
