What you'll do

• Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership support to North America Aggregates and Asphalt businesses.
• Implement continuous improvement and best practice sharing culture.
• Establish performance metrics (KPI systems) to evaluate operations and drive cost reduction.
• Liaise with other technical centers to promote global initiatives.
• Coordinate training for operations personnel.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop supervisors and managers.
