Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN)

What you'll do

• Maintain care plans for skin impairments
• conduct weekly wound rounds with the wound consultant
• measure and document wounds weekly
• monitor new pressure-related skin openings and determine root causes
• assess and manage surgical, arterial, venous, and other complex wounds
• document treatments and follow-up
• educate residents, families, and caregivers
• demonstrate techniques to caregivers
• and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
