The Distribution Assistant (Part-Time) is an onsite role based in Springfield, NJ. The base pay range is $15.19 - $21.68 per hour. This position supports the operations department at Paylocity, an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions. This role is responsible for accurately preparing and packaging payroll checks for delivery to clients. The distribution team ensures that over two million payroll checks per month are processed, printed, inserted, and packed for courier pickup.

What you'll do

• Match order checks/vouchers
• review and sign off pack out sheets
• perform weekly inventory
• operate and troubleshoot printers, sealers, and inserting equipment
• perform operator maintenance
• act as keyholder
• interact with outside technicians
• assist with tax distribution work
• conduct nightly audits.
